We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Should a fault arise from our making, we’ll happily repair it free of charge within six months of purchase. Repairs due to wear or accidental damage during this time may incur a charge.

Beyond this period, we continue to offer a repair and re-gilding service, available to you anytime, even years later. Please check here or contact us for more details.

Delivery

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our London studio within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Please note that delivery estimates refer to business days.

Orders with Express Shipping must be placed before 1PM GMT (Monday–Friday) to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

Christmas purchases made between 1st and 25th December are eligible for extended returns until 21st January.

For all orders, you can request an exchange, store credit, or full refund within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing us at order@laurence-coste.com. Refunds are processed once items are returned and confirmed to be unused and in their original condition.

Each creation is made with sterling silver, 18k or 22k gold plating, and thoughtfully selected semi-precious stones, including Swarovski crystals.

To preserve the beauty of your piece:
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals
- Store in your Laurence Coste pouch or box when not worn
- Gently clean with a soft cloth or suitable silver cleaning solution (available at many department stores)
