Christmas Gifting FAQs
How much does gift wrapping cost?
Gift wrapping is complimentary on all orders at Laurence Coste. Simply tick “This item is a gift” when adding to cart, we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Yes. After ticking “This item is a gift”, you can add a short note that we’ll hand-write on a complimentary card and include with your wrapped order.
Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?
Of course. We can ship directly to your recipient. Prices are never shown on the packing slip, and your message will be handwritten and included inside the box.
What is your Christmas return policy?
During the Christmas period we offer an extended return time – the deadline to return Christmas purchases ends on the 21st January. Our Christmas period starts on the 1st December and any purchases made before may not be considered for the Christmas returns.
In-store purchases made between the above dates can be returned for an exchange or store credit up to and including the 21st of January.
How do I make a return or exchange for online orders?
Simply email order@laurence-coste.com with your order number, name, reason for return, and whether you’d prefer an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Our team will share the return instructions.
Please note:
- Bespoke or made-to-order items, Statement Necklaces, and Sale Items are non-returnable.
- International duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Laurence Coste cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.
Are Gift Cards available?
Yes, we offer both Physical and Digital Gift Cards.
Physical cards arrive beautifully packaged and can be shipped to any address.
Digital cards are delivered instantly via email, perfect for last-minute gifting.
