WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We offer Standard Delivery, Express Delivery and Click & Collect options from our London boutiques.

For same-day dispatch, please place your order before 2PM (UK time). All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our London studio within 24 working hours, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Should there be any questions about your delivery address or item availability, our team will get in touch directly.

If you need special assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out at order@laurence-coste.com. We’ll do our best to make it work for you.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 4–5 working days
  • International: 7–8 working days

ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, email orders@laurence-coste.com with your order number, name, address, product details, return reason, and whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Include all original packaging, and send the item via secure delivery, as we’re not liable for lost items. Please make sure to keep your label details as well as the tracking number. We’ll email you once your return is received.

Returns outside the 14-day window may not be accepted, and credit notes are issued at our discretion.

The following items cannot be returned: 

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items
  • Statement Necklaces
  • Sale Items

HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS?

  1. Within 14 days of receiving the item, notify Laurence Coste at order@laurence-coste.com with your order number, name, address, product details, return reason, and whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or a refund. 
  2. Return the item within 14 days using DHL, FedEx (internationally) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) to the following address: 109 Walton Street, London, SW3 2HP
  3. Keep your return receipt. 
  4. International duties and taxes not refunded. 

Important Note: 

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Laurence Coste is not liable for lost or damaged returns. 

WARRANTY & REPAIRS

We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewellery. Should a fault arise from our making, we’ll happily repair it free of charge within six months of purchase. Repairs due to wear or accidental damage during this time may incur a charge.

Beyond this period, we continue to offer a repair and re-gilding service, available to you anytime, even years later.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

During the Christmas period we offer an extended return time – the deadline to return Christmas purchases ends on the 21st January. Our Christmas period starts on the 1st December and any purchases made before may not be considered for the Christmas returns. 

In-store purchases made between the above dates can be returned for an exchange or store credit up to and including the 21st of January. 

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY

All goods purchases in store are non-refundable, however can be exchanged, or store credit issued within 10 days of purchase. Credit notes valid up to one year from date of purchase.

We cannot exchange items which are deemed to be damaged or have been worn.

Sale Items
Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Repair Policy
We will repair items (where possible) up to 6 months from date of purchase, where fault is deemed to be of Laurence Coste. All other repairs will be charged to the Client, including those caused by everyday wear and tear.
