How do I join the Laurence Coste Members Club?
Membership is free and automatic with your first purchase online or in-store. No sign-up is required.
Can I combine my membership with someone else’s?
No. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or combined with other accounts.
What are the different membership tiers?
The Circle: All customers who make a purchase.
The Atelier: Customers spending £500–£1,499 within 24 months.
The Muse Club: Customers spending £1,500+ within 24 months.
Details of different perks for each tier will be communicated via email for eligible members.
How is my tier status reviewed?
Tiers are reviewed quarterly based on your spend in the past 24 months.
If you move down a tier, you’ll retain your current status until the end of that review quarter.
What purchasescount toward my tier status?
All net purchases (after discounts), both online and in-store, qualify.
Purchases must be linked to the same customer profile (email/phone).
Do Gift Cards count toward spend?
Buying or spending a gift card does not count.
Do third-party retailers count toward my membership?
No. Purchases must be made directly from Laurence Coste online or in-store.
What happens if I return an item?
Returns, refunds, and chargebacks will be deducted from your qualifying spend.
What benefits do members receive?
Benefits vary by tier and may include birthday gifts, exclusive previews, early access to new collections, complimentary repairs, and bespoke services.

What if I unsubscribe from all communications?
If you opt out of all communication, you may miss updates about your benefits or tier status.
