ONLINE RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, email orders@laurence-coste.com with your order number, name, address, product details, return reason, and whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase (14 days for international orders). You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Include all original packaging, and send the item via secure delivery, as we’re not liable for lost items. We’ll email you once your return is received.
Returns outside the 10-day window may not be accepted, and credit notes are issued at our discretion.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS
During the Christmas period we offer an extended return time – the deadline to return Christmas purchases ends on the 21st January. Our Christmas period starts on the 1st December and any purchases made before may not be considered for the Christmas returns.
In-store purchases made between the above dates can be returned for an exchange or store credit up to and including the 21st of January.
DELIVERY
Laurence Coste aims to dispatch all items within 3 working days unless there is any doubt about a delivery address or an item is out of stock. We will contact you if that is the case. Please allow 4-5 working days for delivery within the UK and 7-8 working days for International orders.
IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY
All goods purchases in store are non-refundable, however can be exchanged, or store credit issued within 14 days of purchase. Credit notes valid up to one year from date of purchase.
We cannot exchange items which are deemed to be damaged or have been worn.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Repair Policy
We will repair items (where possible) up to 6 months from date of purchase, where fault is deemed to be of Laurence Coste. All other repairs will be charged to the Client, including those caused by everyday wear and tear.
Please retain your invoice.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR GOODS?
- Within 10 days of receiving the item, notify Laurence Coste at order@laurence-coste.com with your order number, name, address, product details, return reason, and whether you’d like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
- Return the item within 10 days using DHL, FedEx (internationally) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) to the following address: 109 Walton Street, London, SW3 2HP.
- Mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" and insure it for full value.
- Keep your return receipt.
- International duties and taxes not refunded.
Important Note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Laurence Coste is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
